A VISION BY Illmind DRIFT
Close your eyes and for a minute push all your troubles away. Imagine an endless, empty field track going up the hills and around the corners. A Hakone Hill. The ultimate drift track that every driver would love to clutch kick and never lift.
Now, the air is fresh and the breeze is cooling. Sun just rose above the hill top uncovering all the beauty that's been hiding in the dark. You're standing there, at the bottom, with your hands and head lifted up looking at the bright blue skies. Breathing so deeply cooling air cracks your bones a bit. By your side calmly stands a 1000hp beast. A matt black Nissan S14 made right here, in Japan. Wide body kit slammed so hard that the tire rubber has blended with scraped fender arches. The red brakes flashes right through matt black Sparco monoblock 17inch rims. On the both bumpers rear and front and body sides you can clearly see colored battle scars who for some reason always makes you smile.
You turn around wearing your worn off and tire smelling Sparco gear. All black, to match with the beast right in front of you. As you get closer to the car you run your fingers through tremendous spoiler which gives a super agressive look to the whole image. Sitting into bucket seat gives you chills more as you fasten your red harnesses. Grabbin a steering wheel from passengers seat and lock it into place. You have never been happier being in an office as you are right now. You put your helmet on and stop for a minute. Outside the windows you can hear little birds singing and grasshoppers playing its music.
Silver platter steel instead of a panel has couple of buttons with words written above them. You push the one that says 'START' and immidiatly get an eargasm from exaust system that always makes peoples' necks break. You smile with the devils dancing in your eyes, close stripped down doors and hit gas leaving pure white clouds and skidmarks behind you. Slaying tires and boiling an engine all the way up you can feel the rush and adrenaline pumping your veins. As you accelerate and shift into a 3rd gear with a room to rev, pushing into the clutch and turning your wheel as you come up the first long run corner, you start kicking gas and let out the clutch so you could street this beast with a less throttle.
The misty forest is drowning in smokes and burning tire rubber start to smell now. Birds stopped singing and all there that's left is the raw beasty sounds coming through the hood and exaust. On the last corners you pushed to the max you started thinking you're gonna kill the beast but running full speed had never felt so good before. You broke all the rules and as you finally got on the top, it was all worth it. Specially knowing you're gonna go down the same way. You take your helmet off as you sit on a boiling hood. Brushing the sweat from your forehead and chilling for a minute you get caught in the beauty of the world staring at you, captivating. Looking around your car you notice that there are wires coming out your tires and big chuncks of rubber stuck all the way to the rear bumper. You kick them off a bit and get back into a car.
The forest has almost swallowed that rich fog you have left behind and was ready to get some more. Facing downhill you put your hands on a sports wheel and squeeze it hard. Woke up the beast with donuts making sure you leave your mark along with other skids that some drifters left too. As you go down you tap a block bruising the great rear end of your car. But at that speed you couldn't just stop so you put your pedal to the metal and take this hill hard to the very end making a spin facing Hakone again..
